Dear Gems,
We are hit by Covid19 and gave no work from a month now. And dont know if in the coming days will have a job or no. Kindly drop the third semester fees as children are not going to school or just charge 50% maybe to pay the teachers.
We kindly request you to do this at the soonest.

I have 3 kids in the school since last year the company has already capped the school fee to 70% and for 2 kids. With recent situation we are taking a 30% pay cut in addition.

we, parents of Gems Education Schools, appreciate the Institutions’ continuous support and back the decision of the school’s closure for the safety of its students. However, we feel that it is unjustified that Gems is demanding a full fee payment for the Third Term’s 'Distance Learning Program'.

We appreciate the distant learning and the hard work everyone has put in but with 0 operative cost currently for the schools, I believe if not waive, they should consider reducing the fees by upto 50% specially since my husband's salary (only earning member) has been told that his salary will be reduced by half until further notice and has not been given any memo yet related to this which means, we cannot provide any documents to the school yet supporting this and although we have made the full payment for the third team, it would be great if they can adjust it towards next years fee if they reduce this currently.
