I have three kids going to GEMS WSO and the tuition fees are not cheap at all. My husband and I own a small business which is not earning right now. A reduction of at least 20% per child would be very helpful to us and would go a long way.

Key points for me are:
- less expenses for the school on learning facilities & overhead staff
- quality of elearning method is not professional and adaptive to kids
- the current method is parent assisted

My one months salary is being deducted however even if it wasn’t being deducted it’s unfair for school to charge the whole amount when the education is just being cascaded in videos and some small tasks! Please review the third term school fees. All parents are managing the kids at home and also working side by side.. we take the stress and then pay also!! Gems is being extremely insensitive to the situation. At this time when all organizations, governments are showing empathy and taking out measures to ease the stress.gems should too look beyond the monetary gains.. sometimes des measures live longer than the marketing measures. It will only add to an organizations brand image and as a support to the society instead of a burden in such times

The school needs to reduce the fees as the school resource are not be used at all . The students in the primary are only studying till 12:30 which is like a half day . Also electricity and water is also not being used in the school .

This is so injustice. I have 3 kids in Gems wellington DSO .
You guys could have provide at least some relief to the parents . There are number of schools in Dubai who have already announced fee discounts for Term 3. Many non profit schools have reduced their fee. Sorry to say but Gems is a massive business. We are already going through a massive financial crisis since 2018. And now it is getting more effected by the closures caused by the corona lock down.

Asking for a full fee payment in these times is unreasonable. Our family has already taken a cut in March, which will increase in the coming months.
