My husband has 50% basic salary reduction & the company is not paying the full tuition of my daughter, we are paying part of the tuition deducted from my husband's monthly salary. Requesting for tuition fee reduction as we are also have to pay full for our flat, bills & our 2 daughter's tuition fee in university. Hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you.

I feel that it’s completely unreasonable to charge full fee for the IB bridge classes and especially when the classes are online. School must reduce the fee for bridge classes.

Completely agree. Gems decisions have been very sad to hear as a parent that has always supported the school. A group as big as Gems should give a better example of empathy and care.

Yes we are unable to pay fees in full considering my job lost. Also undergoing tremendous strain due to this distance learning initiative.

I managed to transfer the 3rd term fees couple of weeks before COVID 19 situation. I would suggest a fee reduction and In case the fees reduction for the 19/20 academic year applied, I would kindly ask for a refund of the equivalent amount .
