I have two children studying in The Millennium School, Damascus Street, Al Quasis, Dubai. I don't have a job at the moment and my husband has been given an unpaid leave for over a month. So fee reduction will be a big relief for us.

Reduction in school fees is a reasonable step, we are losing more than money here! Our children lost weeks, and now months of their lives that they will never have back! It's a loss loss situation for all of us, it does make alot of difference when we see the school feels with the parents who are now under the risk of losing jobs.
If the school is not taking an action, then I don't think my kids are going to the right school.
It's not only profit, its considering to understand the situation and be part of it to help.

I am surprised with the approach of such a big educational group when all other smaller groups have being considerate including non-profit schools. You cannot be making profit all the time.

It is very upsetting that the school is still charging us the fee when there’s no physical contact between my child and his teachers, providing an insufficient learning environment. Especially when he is in Year 13 as they are individually working on their personal internal assessments with no teacher assistance anymore. Making the fee, and I hate to use the word, useless as it is in no way going towards our son as all of the efforts the school is making, online classes and homework, he is not required to do.

Shame on Gems Group to even consider doing this as a “Charity”. Its our right as a consumer. You not providing education at 100% why expect us to pay full then?! Would this home learning even be “remotely” possible without parent support?! So where do we send in our billings hours?!

Dear Management,
Kind request School provide live online lesson and discount accordingly.
Current school only provide one PPT with some video which is not live, and child cant manage themselves without parent's help, one of us has to stop work to follow kid.
