In my opinion, there should be a basic discount for everybody as we don’t use the facilities at least. And then, ok, case by case additional discounts (even though, every family is affected in a certain way). Besides, not everybody feels comfortable to share with the school details about their financial issues related to work.

GEMS offers now e-learning. This product offer can not be priced the same as normal schooling in fact I am wondering how GEMS can justify such an approach to their loyal customers. Especially since my child is in FS2 she is not old enough to care for her own studies and is 100% dependent that one of the parent is acting as the Teacher. Simply the value of the previous schooling is not near what has been offered through e-learning and a price adjustment needs to be in place. GEMS is losing out not to take the lead here but to come up with vague unjustified statements.
