School should offer discounts or monthly payment plans. Unfortunately they don't need anymore as much personnel in cleaning, nurses, conductors, teaching assistant etc . Nor stationaries.( It is true that they may spend more in IT but is for school advantage )While us, parents, we struggle not knowing if tomorrow we still have a job to return to after the next 2 weeks or we must return home having paid all the money to school and nothing left with.
We have been cut our salaries to support business sustainability and recovery, so schools should not put any pressure in asking for the next payment in full by end of March through several reminders. We emailed concerned department but no positive response about discounts, on the contrary.

My job reduced my salary with more than 20% and no incentive as my job based on sales and requesting the management of Gems to take care of us due to the current situation

I agree on the request and petition encircled. A 30% fee reduction is just fair for both families and GEMS school board overall.

We have received minimal support from our teachers. Resources have been lacking especially in certain subjects especially and the toll of home schooling has affected my employment. I simply cannot afford to pay the fees in full and the alternative will be to withdraw my year 3 daughter who has already been failed by JPS and is struggling with her maths (as discussed on several occasions with the school and principal already) and will instead enrol Imaan and my 4 year old elsewhere at a school that has shown empathy during this crisis.

Its sad that the GEMS group, who claims to be a pioneer in quality education in the region, and who in these difficult times should have set an example for the rest in the education industry, seems to have lost all compassion and is insisting on full pay for an eLearning schedule that is in no way close to a regular school schedule.

I agree with the fact that there should be a flat discount for ALL families as the children are not using the facilities offered. E-learning is a basic supplement.
