GEMS EDUCATION FEE REDUCTION

I have 3 kid studying in our own Indian school. Now my company has reduce my salary only paying 30%. Not enough to runt the house. Like to request to wave off the fee till I start getting my normal salary. It's a request or there is no choice left for me to remove my kids from school and make them sit at home. Please it's a request.

I really feel is totally unfair to pay for e-learning while we are also getting half of salary or even fired because Cvid 19 and also working with their homework

We agree with this appeal to reduce fees for the semester in which regular teaching has been affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. Furthermore, and in order for parents to decide on whether to continue with Gems in future, Gems should also waive the re-enrollment fee for the new academic year. As the situation stands at present no one knows when this would end, however these dispensations are a step in the right direction for an amicable solution for the continued future support to GEMS Institution and education generally.

I have 5 kids in the school and a lot of extra costs like shadow teacher and because of contract I signed with the school also mandatory speech and it lessons. I hope they can consider the situation and refund part of school fees.

What about Teacher Assistants' status at GEMS schools? Or admin staff? Will they continue to receive full salaries for the remainder of the Academic year?

I prefer to have an almost 50% reduction for the Term 3 tuition fee as it will run as an Online Distant Learning till June. Also, the platform that has been using is not that good especially to the teachers as they can't assess their students properly especially if it lacks live sessions. Please consider that less live sessions means the Teacher is not doing their job to teach the students instead their parents or guardians. Also, based on the current situation salaries will be affected and some are unable to pay their necessities. Kindly consider the same.
