It’s called “value for money” which is what I used to justify the high fees. Now, there is much less value for money as the quality of received services has been reduced massively using the online videos, leave alone the full time job for at least one parent during school hours and more importantly, after school hours to help with endless tasks supporting homework activities, recording videos, printing and scanning documents, etc. you obviously are running a business and not an educational institute.
Your attitude insisting on full fees despite the fact you are not / shouldn’t be running on full cost (less working hours for many teachers and support staff, no bills for electricity / water, no need for dozen admin staff etc) confirms your priority is your profitability with no regard for children or parents.

Would request the schools to redice the fees at this time of crisis. There are people who has lost their jobs, salary cutouts, who are asked to stay at home without salary. There will be one or more kids studying at the school. At this time of crisis parents won't be able to meet up with the requirements.

GEMS Guys...Pls be sensitive towards the situation and offer much needed respite to parents in times of crisis. You should not just offer 50% discount on Term 3 fees but also 20% for whole of next year.
