My self I'm Self employed, But my Shops are closed and there is no work or business , So there is no money which will help us as Gems has offered something which will not help any one they made a package in advance so that they don't have to reduce and help parents, this was preplanned so that later they don't have to do anything which will help the parents who suffers

Gems has to reduce the unjustified fees however the should not at all cut or reduce teachers salaries because they are also giving extra efforts as well as parents. Gems should be supportive at least once for the parents because parents accept the yearly fees increase so you should support them in this situation
