GEMS EDUCATION FEE REDUCTION

Actually we are looking after our kids for the whole day and our jobs are now unpaid whereas many school managements are offering discounts or cancelling the school fees for the current term but it’s really unfair that gems schools are still demanding full fees who puts less than 10% of their usual scenario. Please consider to help the parents who are needy

We understand and completely agree with Salaries that should be paid to the staff however children are not attending school for the entire semester, neither using the premises, utilities, facilities nor all extra circular activities which are now closed for the entire semester thus reducing the school’s costs considerably. Hence considering the same there should be reduction in school fees.

I don’t think you should reduce the teachers salary. They are working really hard. But I do think you should show some sympathy to all parents who are struggling now.

We’ve supported the school for 10 yrs: we need some support at this time, for a semester. At least.

Our salary has been reduced, so please reduce the fees too

My employer implement salary cuts and no clear view of what to expect in future.. Praying that we can keep our jobs. I have 2 children in Gems Founders Al Mizhar Dubai UAE. Financially very hard to pay for fees in this difficult time.

During this time of pandemic situation that is happening worldwide, I as a parent would like to seek the least of your support by requesting a special discount for Term 3. Facing the reality, this outbreak has been impacting our economy negatively in which both Employers and employees are drastically affected. Having a fixed monthly source of income is such a disadvantage in this time of event as unluckily, I am one of those employees who are forced to take unpaid leave for 60 days - which was never expected in the beginning. I am an Operations Director. My presence and my job responsibilities are in much weight that it would be impossible for me to take a leave even just for a week, BUT IT HAPPENED. 100% of my monthly salary was deducted and the next step is yet to be finalized by our company. There’s no assurance on this. Whatever is happening now has really stormed my finances toughly. We are aware both sides, that bills are continuous, expenses are on going, adding to that, the usage of my child’s power consumption since he’s homeschooling, same goes to our valued teachers who are working from home paying their own bills and yet we know that the school itself could save since school facilities are not in used. I can see the effort that your organization is trying to implement but this homeschooling did not just added on the bill but have added more responsibilities to us parents - it’s as if we are the teacher / teaching assistant ourselves. The commercial bank of UAE have extended their considerations to every individuals who have liabilities, we hope that your organization could do the same. The only way we can get through this is by helping each other. We will remain as your patrons, but we hope that in this time, we can count on you too. I look forward to your response.

We are under the crisis , our incomes have been deducted , children are not getting the school experience , virtual school is something that we didn’t pay that much money for . A virtual experience like this for a child would cost 80%less than what we are paying .

Please so something to reduce the fees as our salaries will be reduced by 25%to 50% from April

I am wirking in Real estate market and we work only on commission basis n from last month we don't have any income ad their are no deals n dont know how much time it will go on
