We are requesting to Gems group to consider the current situation and support the parents by reducing the 3rd semester fee.As many off us facing non paid salries, finding jobs or even salary cuts.

Online learning is not providing the value for money. Parents have to take huge responsibility for the learning of their children due to online learning. This is also weakening the foundations of students for future years. We will therefore need to supplement next year with private tuitions, which adds cost.

I have already paid the 2nd and 3rd Term fee by taking loan on my credit card. Requesting to reduce the fee and adjust in next session fee.

I have paid the Term 3 fee prior to 1 Apr because I'm afraid that my daughter will be denied education. But with the situation at the moment, I would like to request for reduction of the school fee and refund the reduction portion back to the payment method. Note that salary deduction is 50% from April onwards. Hence please consider the situation.

GEMS group has a good reputation for its quality education. However, the group management should consider the exceptional situation that everyone is going through which will impact them sooner or later. Reduce the fees of this semester to maintain the parents' trust in your image.

Although the teachers are doing an exceptional job with e learning in our schools, we feel very strongly that a discount should be given on the school fees. It is a very tough time for all of us and paying this considerable amount of fees for 3 children is going to be a bit tight on most of the parents. We humbly request GEMS to show consideration to the parents by reducing the Term 3 fees at least.

Knowing the current situation where everyone is effected across the globe, i would request the Gems Management to consider the fee. It is not easy for anyone, be a SME owners or employees even the corporates. And this will continue for long. After effects are gonne be worse.
