It is understandable that due to the unfortunate circumstances that education be moved to remote learning. I appreciate the effort from KHDA but would like to request a refund for services we are not using during this remote learning period. Services such as the school’s facilities. Due to to the high volume of similar requests, I sign this petition in support.

I need really discount because I have 3 child and my husband he is facing little money. issue we cant pay this amount because we pay for the books separates so the total is too much expensive please try to help and my child in this school from kg so we need discount thank you

My husband is self employed and both my kids are in GEMS Founders school. We have been badly affected by the pandemic financially. My Husband who travels to Africa for work has been stuck in Africa due to sudden lockdown in UAE therefore I am left alone with my kids and I have to manage their daily lessons on team with one laptop and an ipad. It's been a total commitment of my time as I need to explain every lesson to them and unloading work from I laptop is also time consuming because I can't load their works through Ipad. The Gems company should definately give a relief in the Fees as we are facing the challenges of our own and we have to be the full time teacher to our kids on top of doing our other work.

This is so ridiculous that the school is adamant on not reducing school fees despite the fact that the “services” they are offering are almost nonexistent at these times. Understand it’s difficult times for everyone but if you’re not getting value for something you’re paying for then it defies the whole point!
