I support school the fee reduction petition, under this condition

Dear Sir/Madam, Due to current situation of Covid 19, there are reduction of salaries due to work from home and also forceful unpaid leaves are to be availed. My 2 children are studying at GEMS WEK and the fees are too high. In this situation with economic impact of COVID-19 on my husband’s work we find it very hard to pay the fees besides it is online schooling I think the fees needs to be reduced for this term.

I understand teachers should also get the salaries as they are doing there work by giving e learning classes, but as schools are shut no electricity is used, no busses are running. So please school should give discount in fees and reduction in Bus fees

This very true that the parents have put lot of efforts to achieve homework reference E-Learning and the live session. The dchool is saving cost from utilities and other external curriculum. Even we notice that there is no involvement of assistant teachers during the live session and would be hoping that the are getting paid as normal. But there are several areas where the school is saving cost and it is irrelevant to demand full fees from the parents. Even if there are parents whis job is not affected as of date but who guarantees about next when the school fees are paid off. I would appreciate Gems management to consider special discounts common as minimum for all the students. Kind regards, Sabir

would like to inform that our company has reduced my salary by 25% and also put me on unpaid leave until further notice. Therefore, we are requesting for a fee reduction.

The school fees is already very high and facilities are not being used. Learning from home is also not efficient as it’s very difficult for kids to focus for 6+ hours online. Teacher comes to give instructions for 3-5 mins and disappears !! The fees for third term should be minimum 50% reduced. Since I have already paid, I request for a refund !

100% agree. We have had to hire a nanny since my wife and I are both busy with work from home. This is an additional burden financially which we cannot afford at this stage.
