I do agree with everything in the letter, but do not agree to give the staff a pay cut. There is a significant reduction in running cost that is not fixed, and i can never believe it makes up less than 30% of the operating cost.

I understand that the school needs to function for home learning but the overall cost will be reduced for school hence there should be fee reduction irrespective the family is got financial issues as of now because we as parents are giving our time and effort for school job.

My children take FS1. Now we can't take a lot of online classes, because our English is not good, and many of our children have not learned it well. Online classes really affect the quality of teaching. Therefore, we apply for 30% reduction in the third semester.

Please consider for 50% deduction as we have been ask to go for unpaid leave until further notice..

A realistic fees reduction plan taking into consideration the difficult times now and until it prevails will be really appreciated and applauded. With license officially given to employers for taking any decision on staff layoffs, salary reduction temporary and permanent things have become even more worse if not all, for most of the parents.
