A sign for a playground she and her amazing momma, inspired and then help raise funds for complete....seems like the only thing the City of
Richmond could possibly do in return! I'm sure there is not a by law against showing gratitude and appreciation. :)

Gemma is the main inspiration and her family are the key donations towards this project besides city funds. Absolutely it should be named after her.
