Since Gears2, Gamers in the region of Asia have had issues with matchmaking and unable to connect to matches.
Now Gears of War 3 will be releasing in Sept 2011 worldwide and is supposedly going to have dedicated servers, but it seems there is not going to be any dedicated server support within Asia so people in these regions will be playing P2P network which often leads to laggy games.
This petition is calling out Epic Games to support the gaming community in this part of the world by providing dedicated servers and fix the matchmaking issues whereby gamers arent able to connect to people within and outside asia.
This petition is also calling out to Microsoft, Microsoft India to support the gaming community here rather than just be interested sell gears of war3, failing which this game will be boycotted.
The silence from Epic Games and Microsoft continues while players across Asia keep reporting unplayable lag. Post this link on your Facebook wall right now and tag their official accounts so they cannot ignore the frustration of this community.

We reached a meaningful milestone today that proves the community is tired of lagging through P2P connections. Send this link to three friends who play in Asia and email the Microsoft India support team to demand dedicated servers now.

Seriously microsoft? You want us to buy the game but wont give us a decent way to play it. Wont be buying if this stays P2P.

The lag is unreal. How are we supposed to compete with players in the states when our ping is over 300? Epic fix this.
