This a petition set out for the members of the GoodCharlotte.com forums. We have become aware that a wide amount of advertising and spamming has been on the increase. We believe that the only way to stop this is to select a moderator. We believe that a moderator should have the ability to ban users who frequently break the rules of the forum.
