The backpedaling now being attempted by the Board is despicable. Because Lynne Glickert is capable of the job described in the 12/2013 press release, because she is an integral part of this school and because I would like to see the Board make good on its promise to the community it serves the Head of School should remain Lynne Glickert and the job description should remain in tact.

Does Confluence want this school to fail as most of their other schools in St. Louis are doing? I can't understand for the life of me why you would try to fix what is't broken! Leave Lynne and the school alone!!!! I have 3 grandchildren in this school and I am very pleased with the job Lynne Glickert is and has been doing since the inception of this school.
