Furthermore, your signature means that you believe television programming and media coverage, overall, should encompass the broad range of GLBT lives -- the stories, the \'families,\' the joys and successes, the sadnesses and failures, the good as well as the bad, and the pretty as well as the ugly. In other words, that the media represent the GLBT community as encompassing the same wide range of humanity as everyone else. Finally, your signature says that you challenge the media to expand coverage of GLBT topics to be proportionate to GLBT representation in the community overall.
