I, Anthony McBride is starting a pentition to legalize gay marriage in New Zealand. Our country is a great one, but lets make it even greater, by equalizing every soul in this country living and visiting. Currently our country is governed by National, who has no intention of legalizing this marriage anytime soon, but however compared to other countries, they will still listen if the voice is loud enough. Why we still haven't passed the law is a mystery, the is little conflict with religions to deal with, as New Zealand is mostly religious free country and homophobia isn't hard to deal with if we educate people correctly, so they get the message that gay people don't harm people or affect anything. This is from a 17 year old Student is currently coming out to his family and friends, but many people here would still be closeted because of the fear of being alone.
