Gay. When you think of gay, what do you think of? Does anybody actually think of the rights not given to those people? As far as we know, 37 states have integrated same-sex marriage into the way they live. But, on the other hand, 13 states, including Michigan, have prohibited same-sex marriage. Also, the percentage of people identifying themselves as gay, lesbian, or bisexual has raised to 27% in 2011. Now, in 2015, there are 35,071 Americans that are identified as those sexualities, and over 71,000 same-sex marriages have taken place. 80.4% more same-sex couples are living together between 2000-2015, and most of those house children. All of those people have been denied the right to marry, and we would like to give them that right.
Love is love. Why is this even still an issue in 2015? So tired of people judgeing others for who they choose to be with.
