I, Dr. Marylyn Elizabet Lachman petition the Probate Court of Marshall county in the State of Alabama for right to be Elmo Wayne Ducan's legal and sole guadian.  I am requesting the Court grant such an order do Mr. Duncan's establshed medical condition (Case NO: 2012-208). Further, that I,  Marylyn Elizabeth Lachman, MD have been his Pyschiatric caring physcian for over 12 years. That granting such an order will be in the best interest of Mr. Duncan and the State.
