Being a homeowner in the area of Midland and Greenhurst, I STRONGLY oppose building a gas station on this corner. It will not only bring home values down in the area, but will add traffic to an incredibly busy intersection that can’t handle the traffic it currently has…especially a 4-way stop. Can’t forget to mention the crime that will spike, which always happens around a gas station. We don’t need this in our neighborhood.

it appears that at no stage of this process was the interests of the local residents taken into account by either the developers or the City of Nampa.
Why would our local govt do this to the residents??

This is not the way to run our local government to treat local residents.

Other more suitable commercial should be at that location.

I believe this would lead to congestion at an already busy intersection. Please consider a roundabout.
Thanks, Chris Watkins

How about the fact that water contamination in our natural resource is an attack on our well-being. Putting said gas station is a hazard to our life-source - H2O - and prompts another costly measures to the whole of the pre-existing communities surrounding this invasive and unnecessary implementive monstrosity. I have just about had it with this city allowing so much unnecessary growth without considering the lives of those who made it exist in the first place. WHERE is the silence now? WHERE is the peace? WHERE are the leaders who care for and protect ethical standards?
Take a look around...our dang neighborhood does NOT need ANOTHER gas station! That's about enough, City of Nampa!!!

We do not need and gas station at this intersection. My child walks to the bus stop at this corner and there is no need for more traffic that could potentially increase her chances of being kidnapped. Our homes will be devalued. No other commercial buildings are near so there is no need for and single commercial building at this site.
