Is Mr Gensler working on behalf of all investor's to protect us from scams and making risky investments in the relatively new crypto / blockchain industry ? Or is he working at the bequest of the US government to try and stifle this wonderful new asset class. Perhaps he could clarify. I would assume that as an independent federal agency the SEC should be immune from political pressure, whether Big Money or Federal. Maybe he could also clarify that the threat to the US $ as the world's reserve currency has no bearing on his decisions. Fiat currency will inevitable make way for a new decentralised system of payments and store of value. Of course there are risks and teething problems with any new industry. Imagine a world without electricity, computers or the Internet. There were many who dismissed all 3 as fads and ridiculous. The blockchain and dapps will soon take over as the new driving force behind Web 3. There will be equality and opportunity for all. It will allow the poorest in our world to have access to banking for the first time. It will stop the ripoff of money transfers abroad, and give back the control of personal data to the people. Instead of fighting it,as King Canute tried with the tide, go with the flow and embrace it. There's no stopping it now.

Gary Gensoar is working to destroy the public investors that it is his job to protect and refuses to provid the much needed framework for crypto exchanges and currencies to file as securities. He makes money swing trading the crypto currencies he seeks to destroy using his own misguided rule by penalty without clear directions to line his own wallet at the expense of the hard working American investors. His actions are criminal and immoral and he must be stopped before he dies any more damage to those he is supposed to protect.

He’s definitely got to go. He casts a dark shadow on everything he touches. He’s dishonest, a deterrent for all future investments in high tech technologies and advancements in financial markets, he is untrustworthy and possesses an over all negative energy that needs to be silenced by dismissal or by doing us all a big solid and putting in his resignation, and maybe god will have mercy for him on attendance day and not drop the floor underneath him immediately after recognizing him. Drop to the bottom and forgotten about.
