Is like to see a tiny home village within walking distance of downtown Garland. My family would jump at the opportunity, and we'd be over at Intrinsic at least once a week.

I would love to see the old building made into a pavilion - something open and usable but still able to incorporate any architectural elements it may have. I've never seen the inside so no clue what makes it special. The outside isn't much.

I go to Lifewell, the church in the diagram and a park across from our building would hugely benefit all of us who occupy the surrounding buildings. Without the fountion being there, nothing attracts people to the area like before and a park would allow for more space to do city and community events.
