The Oglesby Towers garage at 6700 So. Oglesby is across from my two-flat apartment building and emits a humming sound 24/7. If you like quiet and believe everyone is entitled to it please sign my petition to keep our right to the quiet enjoyment of our homes, apartments and neighborhoods, no matter where we live. Whats more the noise is inflicted on their own tenants and no one seems to care. We must quit being noise slaves and stand up for our right to peace and quiet.
