A 24 hour harassment set up by individual or persons, or company to harass person, by slander their personal life, their professional life, their family, their friends, their fellow employees, by bulling, threatening, following, forcing out of their environment where they live, work, all life. Moving in above or hiring others to harass them to make them appear to be unstable. Sometimes going further. Using high-tech and phones to follow and video. They want you to know they are following you, and trying to push your to the point of breaking. Most of these gangs are telemarketers who are ex-cons. They feel a sense of power and control. They are trying to push the target, where it is really the gang member is the one who has went to the point of no return. They will try to keep you awake so you can perform a job. They will follow you in and out of a bank. When they do do force you to move whether another apartment or hotel they will move in above you or below. They will constantly slam doors, come buy every hour to keep you awake. There may be 40 or more different ones. They want you to know you are being harassed and you can't prove it or do anything about. This is what gives them a sense of power, they feel control, and the target powerless, until they have ruined their home life, their job. The victim who reports this harassment can't prove it because of the large number of people they use. Once they have destroyed the target they are evaluated, or commit suicide, or even murdered. They distance them from the all normal life for power, and that leads to profit. This is a hired harassment and should be punished as attempted murder in some cases, fraud, slander, federal case of stalking, and conspiracy, and law suits to recover all lost by the target.
