Australia needs a sensible rating system for games.
Currently we have games rated up to MA15+ but NOT an R18+ rating.
An R18+ rating will guide parents on gaming content. With our current gaming ratings some games that would receive an R18+ RATING could be rated at the lower MA15+ for example Bullettstorm (http://www.r18games.com.au/2011/01/bulletstorm-passed-ma15-uncut/).

I have been hearing from so many frustrated parents who are tired of the confusion caused by our current rating gaps. My team is currently compiling these stories to present to the classification board so they understand the real impact of these dated policies.

Exactly. My kids shouldn't be playing the same stuff meant for grown adults just because the system is broken.
Finally some sense. Parents should be the ones deciding what their teens play not the government blocking everything.
R18+ is long overdue. Stop banning games and let us choose what to play.
Its about time we caught up with the rest of the world. Tired of being treated like a child when I buy games.
Been waiting years for this. Censorship is just getting worse.

GET IT DONE. Australia's gaming laws are a joke and totally outdated.
