its ridiculous flow gives us all these diff speed but they all come with 1 upload

I do believe a separate package for gamers is needed, the current speeds are just not gamer friendly!!!!

I need to upload videos, sometimes live webcast from my computer screen. 10MB upload would be a God-send.

I think we need better Internet packages (down/upstreams) for content creators on a whole. I think we would be better off as subscribers if Flow, the Internet Service Provider, would offer better downstream/upstream ratios on the existing packages as well as better actuals in comparison to the advertised speeds. The upstream is of significant concern to subscribers, for far too long we are confined to the limits of being consumers, rather than creators. If a subscriber decides to become a video content creator upstart(YouTuber or Twitch streamer), we would have to pay far more costly for marginal upstreams just to join a increasingly growing community. We have issues ranging from poor network quality resulting in latency, intermittent service subpar customer service.

The current minimum is 12Mbps second down I'm not sure about upload but I'm seeing 4Mbps or less. The minimum to stream on Ps4 for example is 5Mbps upload. If they can make an adjustment to guarantee 6Mbps Up that would be a good basic package to start with.

Well if flow can provide a better package that what other internet providers have currently, Im all for it. Its about time Jamaica have an internet service where one can be able to stream and play games online without buffering or lag...

especially in fast paced fps games, where people abroad are playing on at least 80 down and 60 up, and were playing on 15 down and 2 or 3 up, we're just getting WARRIORED, tye fact that we're even able ti kill them is because of skill, sometimes you put 20 bullets into a guy a he doesn't die, and he just 2 bullets you, its so damn frustrating

Need better internet speed for lower prices....look at japan, they have internet everywhere with ease and thats 20 mbps at least

The 100mbs package is waayy too expensive! Did flow at least do their homework when they created these packages?

10 Up is awesome but 15 down is too low especially if you dont live alone and others in the house using netflix and such 30-40 down I say
