MZ had gotten very greedy. I don't mind paying for a good game experience but they have made it so only truly big spenders can have any fun.

There needs to be change I bought a dbc on 12/07/17 and on the 13/07/17 they updated it with different stuff

This game used to be fun, but with all the ridiculous updates and their catering to big spenders only, it makes it impossible for the average person to play. They should be ashamed of themselves for lying to their customers and their business strategy.

I love the game, but customer service is the worse. Even when you show screenshots of glitches and faulty packs they make all up stories to explain. This time they claim the new gear is supposed to zero someone in a single hit. Why on God's green earth would you want to see your players get zeroed in a single hit just to get them to leave the game.
Sad thing is they were asked why only certain players were allowed level 41. Their response was: there is no level 41. I have screenshots that prove this is a lie.

I won't be buying packs anymore when they allow "special " players to have items that are not available to the whole customer base. Then they send mail saying it's not true even though there are ss's. It's criminal.
