We contact tap4fun customer support 1 month ago to fix bugs but nothing happen so far, we are playing on a bugged server where we miss events and our character progress is affected.
Players invest a lot amount of money on this server and we play on a broken server. Google refuse to refund the money to us and say to talk to tap4fun. .
Tap4fun TOS is to ban peoples who exploit the game and unbalance it. How unbalance was the game for us since we miss all events?
I try to contact to there customer support more then 20 times, with all screenshots and proofs and they said to wait that will get fixed, but nothing change.
I contact them on facebook , google plus, I try to write direct to CEO , twitter, forum etc. Nothing change.
