We the undersigned ask the TEXAS PARKS AND WILDLIFE PERMIT DEPT. to NOT RENEW the Wildlife Rehap Permit for Gail Barnes of Lubbock,Texas. We believe her actions carried out under the auspices of her Wildlife Rehap Permit unnecessarily put the health and safety of the Stewart family of South Lubbock county and their four small children at risk. She failed to inform them of the dangers inherent in a Bat invasion at night in the room of a sleeping infant and she failed to turn the bat over for rabies testing. As a result of her irresponsible action, the State Health Department instructed the entire family to take the Rabies shot series. Please protect the health and safety of residents of the South Plains by NOT renewing Gail Barnes Wildlife Rehab Permit.
