Are you a Tmobile customer with a G2X that is having problems?

Some of the long list of issues Include:
~Consuming batteries Failure to hold a charge (or even get above 10%)
~Overheating, even at strange times Random rebooting, powering off, powering on, etc.
~Failure to make outgoing calls
~Failure to receive inbound calls Even when inbound calls come through, unable to answer due to screen
~Failure to receive voicemail
~Dropped data connections Staying “stuck” in 2G in a known 4G area
~Wi-Fi loses connection, exacerbates other conditions
~Backlight “bleed” (at all 4 corners)
~SIM card error, stuck in “Emergency Only Mode”
~And The list keeps going and going with problems now that Tmobile blames on the software and LG not releasing 2.3

All of the G2X users have paid good money in the past few months since this phone was released and many of us have defective phones that do not work up to par. We are stuck in a contract that we have to pay while waiting for a so called upgrade that who knows when it will appear.

This is a one sided situation that ONLY FAVORS TMOBILE since we are all stuck in contracts that have early termination fees to end.

TMOBILE HAS THE AUDACITY TO OFFER some G2X owners an exchange for the G2 a dicontinued phone that most of us could have gotten for free when we purchased our G2x. So on top of not doing the right thing with the G2x they add insult by offering us an outdated phone they took off their lineup. We have been told that we can only have three exchanges but others have gotten up to eleven handest exchanges and some even were given a replacement of the sensation instead.

TMOBILE NEEDS TO HAVE A SOLUTION AND OPTIONS THAT ARE THE SAME FOR ALL CUSTOMERS. THEY NEED TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM AND OFFER SOLUTIONS THAT ARE ACCEPTABLE AND FAIR FOR CUSTOMERS THAT JUST PAID up to $200.00 for a new phone that doesnt work correctly.

Join this petition that lets G2x owners unite against TMOBILE TO FORCE THEM TO FIX THE SITUATION AND STAND BEHIND THE G2X AND SUPPPORT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR RECALL THIS PHONE COMPLETELY! ENOUGH TIME HAS GONE BY AND ENOUGH EXCUSES!
