Fort Worth Parents Demand the Removal of Norma Garcia Lopez from the FWISD Racial Equity Committee and Redistricting Committee

Norma-Garcia-Lopez has also shown deplorable behavior during FWISD Board meetings. She has hissed vile, vulgar statements to me personally during said meetings. She has no place in any sort of leadership position associated with children.

There are alternatives to SEL that need to be used. SEL divides people instead of unifying them. SEL DEHUMANIZES whole people groups, like Hitlers Germany! NO, NO! Not acceptable way to treat others! Needs to be disbanded-NOW!

I am so tired of the politics and negative BS surrounding FWISD. We send our kids to school to LEARN to do reading, writing and arithmatic! Not to be your personal little leftist soldiers!

This type of racially motivated harassment from Norma Lopez has to stop.

FWISD must remove this woman. She has clearly violated several rules and cannot continue to "serve the community" in this capacity. The teaching of equity is not in line with values and morals of the community, nor is it in line with the constitution's values on EQUALITY. How dare she threaten and create harm to the families and children of concerned parents. Isn't it her job as part of FWISD to protect children and families? Why isn't FWISD taking our concerns seriously? Is FWISD prepared to fall with her? REMOVE THEM ALL!

This behavior is unacceptable and a poor representation of our district. Norma should be terminated immediately.

Norma Garcia Lopez is not a person that should be allowed any position for the FWISD. I demand Removal

This is unacceptable. Norma Garcia Lopez must be removed and never allowed to serve on any board or other position.

Her poor character doesn’t warrant the privilege of leading children.

Norma Absolutely needs to be removed. FWISD is already under performing why would you let someone like Norma represent you. You are only confirming what we already know about your character.

Racism defined: accusing parents of being racist - because they voiced concern about mask mandates for their children - based solely on their ethnicity. As a school district employee, Ms. Lopez also violated federal FERPA laws while not only doxxing parents but also accusing them of being racist (libel) and encouraging community retribution against them. Should the district fail to terminate Ms. Lopez they will in effect be complicit with her unlawful and extremely unprofessional actions.

Get rid of her

Pease fire Norma Garcia-Lopez and anyone else with unprofessional behavior.

This committee should be disbanded and the Superintendent needs to be replaced
