It is of upmost importance to preserve some of the industrial heritage the building offers and the forms of occupation it allows as the area around it densifies and develops.
It is important to to preserve the vitality and vigour of Industrial architecture and the heritage of work inspired structures.

Two rare and beautiful specimens of architectural style and history that should be preserved. The use and adaptation as well as architectural expression further backs up regeneration in existing buildings as an ongoing theme in fish island to this day.

So much indutrial and social heritage has been lost over the last 15 years with few quality developments or refurbs. The East End was a unique locality it is important to preserve and adapt whats left for future generations.
