This was a lovely place to meet other people and for the young children to socialise and meet new friends, it was lovely when Anna ran it so please Anna come back.

I would love to see Funky Monkey reopen. As others have said, there really is nowhere else like it in the area. It was a great place to meet friends for coffee and let the little ones run around. However, it might be that the owner does not have the ability (financial or otherwise) to keep running the cafe as a business. I'd love to know to whom the petition is directed. Is the person who wrote the petition hoping that someone else will take the business on?

Funky monkeys has been a lifesaver for me as a mum with three children under the age of four. Its a laid back, relaxing place for parents to have a hot drink while the children tire themselves out having fun. Theres no obligation to buy anything and entry is free which ive been grateful for as money can be tight sometimes as it is common with having children. Its also i place where both me and my children have enjoyed gorgeous homemade food together for days when i just didnt have the energy to cook sometimes!! Dont know what i would have done without funky monkeys when my second and third baby where first born. Funky monkeys also host regular sling meets and you ca breastfeed there freely which is definately something more places should do, and I can honestly say its one of a select few public places where i can feel confident publicly breastfeeding my babies. Closing it down would cut off a local lifeline for parents I honestly dont know what I will do without it!!

Myself and my children love funky monkeys. We've been visiting for nearly two years now, it's gone a little bit run down as of late, is in desperate need of a make over and clean up but otherwise it is a perfect location for mums to meet up with their children for a much needed catch up all in an open space with lots of fun toy's to discover.
It would be a great shame for this cafe to close its doors forever.

I visited funky monkeys on a weekly basis. Somewhere where my little boy could play freely but I could also relax being heavily pregnant. Yes it needs a freshen up but it's literally a life save being able to go somewhere without having to pay extortionate entrance fees

The cafe is a fantastic asset to Nantwich and a huge gap in the market now it has closed. There are very few places that can compare to the facilities offered. It was a perfect location for local sling meets.
