Wichester City Council have decided after asking A few homes with the average age of 60 if they want fairs here the reply was no,not to fix the bridge at north walls park hence not allowing fun fairs or circuses onto the ground where the event may be held.Winchester has had fairs and circuses here for more than 50 years and now the council say it has no budget to fix the bridge to let the events in but has 50.000 pounds to revamp tourist information.I appeal to all families in Winchester to please sign this petition and help bring back these events for our children and us to enjoy as A family.
