This petition urges the government to begin funding the organization A.A.E. On their website A.A.E say "Our mission is to create a positive environment for the elderly in retirement homes by bringing in pets. We are able to provide this service for free because of our partnership with the animal shelter and with some of the retirement homes. Bringing in the animals reinforces a positive environment and also can assist with animal adoption. When animals are brought into the homes they are often adopted by family visiting or staff." We the undersigned believe this is a wonderful project and that thegovernmentshould fund it. (THIS IS A CIVICS PROJECT AND WILL NOT ACTUALLY GET THINGS DONE)
