we actually did it, the funding is officially locked in for our elementary art programs. im seriously blown away by how many of you jumped on board to make sure kids keep their creative space. lets keep an eye on how it gets rolled out this year.

However, art programs are being deprived of sufficient funds in public schools across Canada. Your signature can help raise awareness for this matter, in order to notify the government of the urgency of this issue.

My daughter loves her art class so much. It would be a huge shame to see it go. Keep the funding!
The arts are ESSENTIAL in education. If we don't encourage creative thinking in schools our future is in trouble.
Creativity matters. Math isnt the only thing that counts in life.
SO TRUE!!! Pls dont cut the art programs in our schools my grandkids need them to grow
School is boring enough as it is. Arts keep kids interested and actually wanting to go to class. Totally agree with this.
