As a fifth grade ILC teacher I work daily with the students who have "slipped through the cracks" by not receiving services they desperately need at the appropriate age. Please help these amazing students who deserve to have the chance to succeed in school and life.

If students have conditions that require them to have special services in order to access the school curriculum, then the state must fund that support.

This has long been needed! Please show you support our youngest learners so that they can be identified early and get the crucial assistance and accommodations that they need during the foundation of their education.

I have been teaching in Delaware's public schools for 30 years. We all know early intervention is the key when a child has a physical, mental, or academic deficit. It is time for Delaware to step up and fund resources, services, and educators for our basic special education students at all levels!

Important legislation that will support special needs students, families, and educators. Success in early childhood is critical to success in school & in life. Our more vulnerable children deserve the care & assistance they need to succeed

This is the most common sense bill that needs to be signed. If you address small problems in younger grades you can avoid big problems down the line!

It only makes sense to fund basic needs students in grades K-3.
