It would be nice to have a legal spot top go enjoy some time offroad with my family we came from Texas where these locations are plentiful and Iowa is lacking one despiratley

This could end up being a vacation destination point and bring in revenue to the local economy, if it is managed correctly. For example, look at some of off-road parks offered by other states such as Colorado and Utah.

This is a fun thing for all different types of people and families love to do these kinds of things together. These groups always like to help communities out in any way the can.
