There are many off-road vehicles in Iowa and they are taking their IA dollars to other states like Illinois and Missouri to enjoy wheeling. I believe they woudl be open to an ORV type sticker / registration so that there would be revenue to cover costs. Most any area Jeep club would help with maintenance and design.

There are LOTS of wheeling rigs in Iowa and sadly, most never see anything more serious than "Level B" roads, and that's because there are no public off-road parks! Iowa has so much to offer the outdoor enthusiast; the absence of an OHV park is a black eye to the state's outdoor reputation.

Iowa used to have 600 acres, now there is no legaal park open for the public to use.

I would love to see a big legal park for me to travel to and enjoy my jeep and dirt bike at. Ideally it would be centralized around Des Moines so as to make it fair for everyone around the state for traveling.
