If I wanted to learn how to create a video game from YouTube, I would not be paying for Full Sail. As a Game Design student, I am extremely tired of the unprofessional manner that the teachers have shown whether it is not answering for a week, being very rude to me via email or phone calls, or just not explaining how to do an assignment to begin with. It is disgusting how the online or campus staff is unable to hire teachers that are capable of teaching the fundamentals of Game Design for people who have never used Unity, Maya, or has had any prior programming experience. I have managed to keep a straight A average until this class because my current teacher takes forever to answer emails, does not answer during office hours, and my student liaison is unable to reach the instructor. It is extremely unprofessional and not suitable for a learning environment. Remember, my tuition pays your bills. Do your job.
I HATE THIS SCHOOL with a passion I am currently going to be withdrawing after april courses. This is the worst case of instructing that I have had at the few colleges I have attended. I have wasted my G.I. Bill that i earned with my blood, sweat and tears. This school has to be the worst at hiring online instructors to teach because I have ran into multiple classes so far after being in this school that I have been taught by Youtube. I have already wasted enough money of my G.I. Bill and it angers me. I hope this school's online program gets shut down until they can guarantee the teaching of their students.

I for one am tired of being neglected for a service that I pay for. I came to learn. It is so sad that I am stopped from doing that in a structured environment.

Game Design - We are paying for a service that is not being provided. The expectation is that the professors will teach the material and show up to lectures, just as they would on campus. We, as online students, are extremely flexible and understanding with time constraints, emergencies, and technical difficulties even amongst the barrage of our professors telling us the same behavior is unacceptable of us. Still, we cannot continue to pay for this service that is not being provided, i.e. professors that do not show up to lecture times, are not available to answer questions, do not hold office hours, and do not respond to emails. This behavior would not be tolerated at a campus school and it should not be tolerated at its online equivalent.

Most classes have had absentee teachers barely being involved in the course. Each class has just been a matter of click these links and watch this video to turn in an assignment. Rarely any class time with teachers. This has been a College Degree of google searching and reading documents online. I don't understand how this is allowed to be an online school when all they do is tell you to just look at websites and read them without barely any instructor help.

I failed english due to a professor not being understanding of a illness that kept me offline and caused me to miss deadline. Plus she was vague and didn't offer much help

I have felt the lack if connection in more then one class. In a previous .onto went the entire month without instructor feedback until after the class was done. I passed that class but what if I had failed?
