WE THE UNDERSIGNED Citizens of the State of Minnesota, the United States of America, and many other Sovereign Nations, Petitions the Governor of Minnesota and Governor Tim Walz to issue a Full Pardon to Derek Chauvin. This Petition is being made in the interest of Justice and to protect the SANCTITY of the RIGHTS and PRIVILEGES granted to each Citizen by the United States Constitution and Constitution of Minnesota to receive a FAIR and IMPARTIAL Legal Proceeding.

THAT WHEREAS, each and every citizen of the United States, regardless of: Age, Race, Skin Color, Nationality, Religion...etc. have the RIGHT to a Fair and Impartial Trial as COMMANDED by the 6th Amendment to the United States Constitution;

WHEREAS, Article 6 declares and affirms that the United States Constitution is the SUPREME law of the Land;

WHEREAS, Derek Chauvin was accused of kneeling on the neck of George Floyd, thereby causing his death;

WHEREAS, ONLY ONE (1) vantage point of the video was widely and globally circulated and there is absolutely NO reasonable doubt it has been seen by any possible member of a jury prior to trial;

WHEREAS, exculpatory evidence showing that Derek Chauvin's knee was actually on George Floyd's shoulderblade, instead of his neck was presented to the jury;

WHEREAS, the death of George Floyd resulted in violent civil unrest by members of Leftist domestic terrorist organizations called, Black Lives Matter, and Antifa with impunity;

WHEREAS, the violent civil unrest by BLM and Antifa directly and proximately resulted in the death of countless innocent people and billions of dollars of damage to government and private property;

WHEREAS, members of BLM and Antifa openly and through several media outlets, threatened further violent civil unrest if Mr. Chauvin was not convicted on all charges;

WHEREAS, on Saturday, April 17, 2021, United States Congresswoman, Maxine Waters traveled to Minneapolis, Minnesota where Derek Chauvin's trial was taking place and told protesters, "I hope that we’re going to get a verdict that says guilty, guilty, guilty. And if we don’t, we cannot go away.” Further stating, "We’ve got to get more confrontational. We’ve got to make sure that they know that we mean business.”

WHEREAS, footage of Congresswoman Waters was not only found on the Mainstream Media ("MSM"), but on several Social Media Platforms;

WHEREAS, footage of threats to further violent civil unrest by BLM, Antifa, and Congresswoman Waters if a verdict other than GUILTY on all charges is defined by law as Jury Tampering (Aggravated Harassment), in violation of MN Stat. Section 609.749 and Incitement to Riot, in violation of MN Stat. Section 609.71;

WHEREAS, no reasonable person believes under any circumstances that the Jury was not exposed to information regarding the violent threats to their lives and communities prior to, during and after Derek Chauvin's trial, regardless of highly exculpatory evidence to acquit Mr. Chauvin presented to them;

WHEREAS, open and publicized threats of violence made by BLM, Democrats, and Antifa activists regarding Derek Chauvin's trial prior to jury selection already significantly tainted any possible jury pool Mr. Chauvin could have had in his district or any other district;

WHEREAS, as a result of the open and publicized threats of violence made by BLM, Democrats, and Antifa, along with already committed violence by the aforementioned domestic terrorist organizations, and statements made by the Democrat United States Congresswoman Maxine Waters, Mr. Chauvin had absolutely zero probability of receiving a FAIR and IMPARTIAL Trial, free from public pressure;

WHEREAS, due to how publicized Mr. Chauvin's case was along with continued threats of violence from members of BLM, Antifa, and Congresswoman Maxine Waters regarding George Floyd's death, it is IMPOSSIBLE for Derek Chauvin to receive a FAIR and IMPARTIAL Trial, FREE from public pressure;

WHEREAS, the United States Supreme Court held "It is undeniably a violation of due process to subject a defendant to trial in an atmosphere of mob or threatened mob domination." See, Frank v. Mangum, 237 U.S. 309 (1915); Irvin v. Dowd, 366 U.S. 717 (1961); Sheppard v. Maxwell, 384 U.S. 333 (1966);

WHEREAS, statements and actions of BLM, Antifa, and United States Congresswoman Maxine Waters are direct and proximate threats of mob violence in the direct proximity and surrounding areas of the location of the trial denied Derek Chauvin his RIGHT to Due Process and a Fair and Impartial Trial, a RIGHT commanded to be given by the 5th, 6th and 14th Amendments to the United States Constitution;

WHEREAS, the deplorable treatment perpetrated on Derek Chauvin by the Government of the United States and the State of Minnesota by making him into a political prisoner is antithetical and a gross violation of the protections guaranteed to him by Amendments: 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 14 of the United States Constitution; The Declaration of Independence; Sections: 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, and 12 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948 as adopted by the United Nations and accepted by the United States; and the Nelson Mandela Rules as adopted by the United Nations and accepted by the United States;

WHEREAS, the presiding judge at Derek Chauvin's trial, Honorable Peter Cahill, responded to statements made by the United States Congresswoman Maxine Waters, "I’m aware that Congresswoman Waters was talking specifically about this trial, and about the unacceptability of anything less than a murder conviction, and talk about being ‘confrontational,’” Further stating, “I wish elected officials would stop talking about this case, especially in a manner that is disrespectful to the rule of law and to the judicial branch.”

NOW, THEREFORE, we the UNDERSIGNED citizens of Minnesota, the United States, and many other Sovereign Nations DEMAND the Governor of the State of Minnesota GRANT Derek Chauvin a Full Pardon. We DEMAND this Full Pardon because of the Violent Threats directed at any prospective jury and Actions committed by BLM, Antifa, including United States Congresswoman Maxine Waters GUARANTEE that Derek Chauvin will never receive a Fair and Impartial Trial.
