Many constituents in Tennessee believe that there is a possibility that our voting machines are subject to infiltration. We want to have faith in our elected officials and the voting process. This is not to contest that Donald J. Trump won the State of Tennessee in the 2020 Presidential Election. The purpose of this petition is to demand evidence that our voting machines are and were tamper-proof.
Tennessee Secretary of State, Tre Hargett, stated that it is illegal to audit our voting machines to ensure integrity and security in our State Elections. Tre, along with Mark Goins, can not produce a law that prohibits examining our machines before or after an election. We, The People, demand answers.
Tennessee constituents want to know which Tennessee State Law makes it illegal to perform a forensic audit on our voting machines after our elections? What background experience is required of the individual or team hired to audit our machines, and what services are performed on the machines to ensure security? When were they last audited? What is being done legislatively to provide Tennesseans with confidence in future elections?
We demand our elected officials compile detailed evidence and make it available for personal review. If they cannot provide such documentation, we demand a full forensic audit of our voting machines.

It is time for TN to do its due diligence to ensure our elections are fair and free of corrupt interference including but not limited to manipulated data through algorithms, adjudicated ballots, etc.
Everyone no matter what your political views are should demand honest, free, and fair elections!
We the People are ready to start being vocal about what goes on in our state and mostly with our elections!! We want to know what voting machines are being used. We know there is much CORRUPTION in all states. Tennessee is being infiltrated with LIBERALS and we are not going to let them turn our state blue!! We are demanding a full forensic audit and there is NO LAW going to keep us from it!! If our Legislators don't demand it, they will be voted out!! Thank you and God Bless the state of Tennessee.
I have lost all confidence in our election machines/system. I Demand a Forensic Audit here in Blount county and all other counties in Tennessee that use electronic voting machines!
It is completely unacceptable that we in Tennessee have not done an audit. We the people demand it! The elected officials work for us. They would do good to remember that.
