FTD knowingly took money from thousands of customers on Valentine's day that they knew in advance they wouldn't be able to handle. FTD website is a hold over from the 1990s. It doesn't properly email receipts or order numbers. They deliberately keep very few customer service people in order to keep cost down. Rather than spending money to fix the HUGE problems with there order and refund system, yeah after year they continually take in more money while failing to re-invest the money back into making a better business. FTD failed to respond. Customer Service Number was SHUTDOWN or rang busy. Once the hold time estimate was 98 minutes. Email support no answer. Twitter (social should be fast) failed to respond. When they did respond and ask for a DM, they failed to follow through. I'm sympathetic to the plights of customer service. I've worked in customer service myself. I understand and accept that mistakes can and will happen. THIS is not as simple as a few mistakes, or a "small" number of customers experiencing having bad experiences. It's amazing that these companies continue to exist when they can't invest in their own future.
