I had $20K invested. Now its worth nothing!!

They ripped off Millions of dollars. The FB Group FSD Pharma Investors is run by David Rosenberg from Zaporozhye, Ukraine - found his pictures online -he works for them and has hyped up the stock. Sloppy, I mentioned that they defrauded investors intentionally verses getting the funding from a loan or an investor they instead robbed their common stock investors.

Had 15 415 shares avg 0.27$, initially 4k, now less than 500$. Huge scam

Had 80000 shares reduced to almost nothing

I also got scammed by this company with there lies

Management lined their pockets with millions of dollars on the backs of all of us here believing this was going to be a growing 3.8M sq feet facility with revenues (by now) in a phased plan to build out the Kraft building. Very sad. There should be justice for all of us.

This company us all smoke and mirrors. After a tour of the facility I quickly sold 780,000 shares . Theres nothing there a old building with asbestos insulation falling off old water pipes, embarrassing for them but they dont care how its presented. Terrible investment

I want my money back

I invested 40k into this company believing from the start they were building the largest indoor grow operation in the world and also believed they had legitimate interests and investments acquisitions/ tentative deals with Costa Rica, Jamaica and Auxly as partnership for the build out and operations of the business. The reverse split has affected my investment as they promised not to do a reverse split until they had an institutional investment. I have little faith that the management has the best interest for investors such as myself and would like to seek remedies to gain back loses. I was at one point 125000 shares up now I'm left with under 500 shares and my investment value now is under 3k. That's nearly a 95% loss from my initial investment.

I got suckered in with all the hype and lost percent of what I invested. I still hold 24 stocks since the RS

Scammers ! They bringing this below $0.05 again post reverse split

I've lost ALOT, the only press releases they announce are new addition of board members giving aways thousands and thousands of options - THEY ARE NOT MAKING ANY MONEY, Ive never seen anything like this. What makes it worse, they are mostly Doctors, with the some of the most if not most unethical practices Ive ever seen

Cheating lying Fraudsters is putting it lightly. Worst part they used a 201/1 split (not 200/1) because they were keeping everything that was a partial share. In my case they kept a .75 share worth over $100 at the time
