ya the FSCW was pretty bunk this year, too close to the artists' alley

Even halfway down the hall, this event was disruptive. They should absolutely have the event, but they need another space for it. Putting this right on top of the vendors is a problem for both sellers and attendees.

I had to stop mid conversation due to the noise & took headache meds from the noise. Marketplace is not the space for entertainment.

Vendors and artists need room and a good place to sell. Please relocate the arena so they may draw and sell their products in peace.

I had my art falling down on me during the fscw because of the noise.

While I wasn’t in the vendor hall a lot while wrestling was happening, I feel terrible that the artists and vendors had to deal with this.

it was really crowded and loud and it hurt the artist’ in selling their art. the wrestling event should be held in a different room.

In my opinion, artist alley and vendors should not be a panel.

It wasn't just vendors. There were CUSTOMERS asking to have the volume turned down too. I respect FSCW for the work they put in to their shows and they did a fantastic job, but putting such a huge noise-maker next to a market was idiotic and blaming the vendors is a huge mistake.

This definitely impacted sales for me. My voice ended up getting hoarse because I had to yell. There was no reason for the volume. Many attendees were walking away from our area because of the noise. My real concern is that Galaxycon management doesn't seem to respond to their clients (vendors and attendees). People complained and nothing was done. a 20 decibel reduction may have been done, but the announcers were yelling into the microphone. This was a solvable problem that was not addressed. I used to think Galaxycon were good shows, but with this and what was going on with Raleigh, I am having serious second thoughts.

Please give Artists a space that is not loud so they can interact with their customers. Having that wrestling match in the artist alley was such a horrible thing to do

We couldn’t take any more. We had to leave early under the threat of blacklisting. It was so loud every night we just sat in our room not having fun. But enjoying silence. Poor planning on their part. I hope they don’t blacklist vendors who left due to this.

This is why I can't go. It's way too loud for me to feel comfortable and like I can enjoy my experience.

Unacceptable. Completely disrupted sales and it was insanely loud.

I am a customer at galaxycon and it was quite annoying hearing the Wrestling match. I’d love it to be in a separate room, because i wanted to look at art! If i wanted a wrestling match I’d go to the room it’s in!

The amplified bangs and booms from the stage are the major trigger for me. There is no warning and it instantly sets my PTSD related anxiety on edge. Its awful to place this in public spaces without warning people its happening, and especially putting it in a space where people working can't leave!

Absolutely absurd how it blocks our booth and brings foot traffic to a stand still
