FSCW is fantasy super cosplay wrestling. It is something that is not ran by galaxycon.

Previous years this was held in a separate room of the richmond convention center.

I understand the concept is to attract the attendees and to let them have fun. But. It cuts into the traffic of customers, blocking the tables In which causes some merchandize to be knocked into.

The sound crew has been asked by a few vendors (friday)in which to lower it down and their attitude towards the vendors request was negative.

There are a few exhibitors that have either mental/psychological/emotional triggers due to the high volume emitting from the event. Causing some to leave early in the night of friday and saturday

Saturday wasn't any better after asking the crew earlier in the day (staff/volunteers directors) if they could have the volume go lower. It unfortunately didn't.

Having this event in another room should be an option or to have it somewhat blocked off to prevent noise traveling and prevention or crowding in front of tables for following events and years to come.

Some other ideas brought up were

1. Cut the intervals of the show to half hour so people can go look around and come back. (Causes less congestion and no blocking tables facing the wrestling ring. )

2. Allow the event to be held at hours given but allow an additional 2 hours afterwards for vendors and or artists and customers to allow more chances of sales and interactions.

Unfortunately customers couldn't hear over others, and trying to upload a casual conversation (even if not selling) myself and others found ourselves screaming to be heard.

Please Owner and directors of Galaxycon. Read this. And the messages of everyone. We mean absolutely no harm but want to voice our concerns in the most peaceful manner.
