- Mr. Saldana does not know what he is teaching, and if an answer is not exactly as he wants it, even if it is mathematically correct, he counts the entire problem as being wrong. - Mr. Saldana is very biased, both towards and against many students. He has taken points off for correct answers, and given full credit to incorrect answers in the past. - Mr. Saldana refuses to curve tests, both using a Gaussian model as well as a linear model, despite class averages ranging in the 70s - 80s. - Mr. Saldana refuses to look at a test that was incorrectly graded unless you see him after school, even if he is just sitting idly at his desk. After school, he stalls for a long amount of time before he actually starts looking at tests. These sessions are only held on the day the tests are handed back, and he does not allow you to reschedule, even if you have a 7th period. - Mr. Saldana gives tests with only 1 day in advance. This occurs at least once a week, and has happened twice before. - Mr. Saldana does not address questions you may have about his course material; he simply tells you to discuss it with your group.
